Production Ready Prototypes

StrataFLEX, a division of AirBorn, prototyping services allows customers to minimize the time from prototype to production.  We perform a ReDesign for Manufacturability on every prototype - before it is released for manufacturing, ensuring flex design guidelines are followed, resulting in reduced costs through debug and validation.  We build prototypes using the same processes and on the same equipment that is used for production, ensuring that the prototypes are production ready.  This process can reduce the overall time to market and ensures there will be no hiccups when the flex is released for production.  A number of electrical and reliability test services are available to increase customer confidence that prototypes will perform as intended in the field for the life of the product.

Rapid mockups and prototyping

Mechanical mockups simulating the size and flexibility of the final product can be produced and shipped to customers within one day of the files being received.  This is an excellent way to test the flex circuit in the application without customers incurring the expense and time to build a full prototype.
